Yes, I've finally done it. A month or so after writing a blog entry on why popes don't discipline, I've followed up on my promise to address the proper role of papal discipline in Church reform. There's not much I can do about this, of course, but if you believe—respectfully and on balance—that more discipline would be better, you've got a friend.
