Thousands Make Their Way to St. Joseph's Oratory

I found this press release offensive. There's really nothing wrong with it as such but, honestly, I have a real problem with Bishop Gilles Lussier, of the diocese of Joliette. Should a Bishop stand by and watch an entire nation be scandalized and Catholics everywhere disgraced?

Isn't this where the Pope is supposed to come in?
